Speaker: Elizabeth Shapiro,  Deputy Branch Director, Justice Department.

Shapiro oversees government FOIA litigation and lawsuits against the government about the release of information ranging from drones to the anthrax attacks. At a time when alleged government snooping  and the balance between security and privacy is across the news, the question is what information do we have a right to and what are the lines that government shouldn’t cross.
