Making a reservation? Here’s what you need to know!
Semester Housing Deposit:
This payment of $600 is required in order to secure housing at WISH during the semester for which your housing application is approved. Semester housing dates are published on the WISH website at www.InternsDC.com/rates/
You can pay your deposit via PayPal using the form below.
Availability is based on when WISH receives this payment. If WISH is sold out of the type of housing you have requested on your application at the time this payment is received, WISH will return $600, however, once the reservation is made the entirety of this payment is not refundable.
- $200 of the $625 payment serves as a security deposit refundable at the end of the semester.
- $25 is online payment convenience fee
- The remaining $400 is a non-refundable processing fee. Processing fees are the portion of the rental fee that is not refundable in the event of cancellation.
WISH requires this fee while we plan roommate and housemate selections as a way of ensuring reservations are kept. This discourages a hostel or craigslist community and makes for better resident selection.
