Rock ‘N’ Roll Marathon
March 16th 7:30am
The race is the only marathon run entirely within the District of Columbia! In true Rock ‘n’ Roll fashion, each mile will greet participants with rousing live music from local bands, motivating cheerleaders, and thousands of spectators helping to encourage runners through their 13.1 or 26.2 mile journey.
D.C. Shamrock Festival

From the 9 musical stages, to tented party areas, to beer stations as long as football fields, to bar-game areas and athletic competitions, to craft, food & beverage markets, to strolling entertainers and much more – you just have to see it to believe it.
St. Patrick’s Day Parade
March 17th 12:00pm
The grandstand is the best way to watch the parade. Each group is introduced as they approach and you get to see them at their best, performing for the judges. Constitution Avenue from 7th to 17th Streets, N.W.
