This is an announcement (READ HERE) from the State Department containing program details for the U.S. Department of State’s Foreign Policy Classroom program on Tuesday, July 31, from 12:00 – 1:00p.m. We are pleased to announce that the topic will be “U.S. Leadership in the Fight Against AIDS/HIV.” The speaker will be Michael Feldman, Director of Interdepartmental Coordination, Office of the U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator and The U.S President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR).

If any students/interns are interested to register to attend this program, they will need to  email

and request to  an excel document with the outlined security information.  You must complete this document and send it back. This information is required by Department Security in order to admit visitors into the building. The required information is a first and last name, a date of birth, the school they are currently affiliated with, a student ID number, a driver’s license or passport number and the state or country of issuance. This information is due on Friday, July 27th by 12:00p.m.
