The International House was originally designed and built by 19th Century Italian architect Pasquale DeFalco as a grand family residence. Today, modern apartments house WISH interns in the historic Capitol Hill Neighborhood. Live just a few blocks from Barracks Row, whose Main Street is preserved by the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
Transportation is accessible from the Eastern Market Metro Station.
Its unique interior includes exposed brick in select units, spacious 10+ foot ceilings on the top floor, and updated improvements for furnished rentals. All the inclusive WISH amenities apply.
Apartments are two-bedroom, shared units. All apartments house students only, so you’ll live in a community of your peers. Just bring your bed linens and towels.
