Housing Placement
Upon application approval, WISH will reserve your housing placement once the following payments have been received:
Refundable Security Deposit of $200
Non-Refundable Processing Fee of $400
Final Payments *
Total housing fees due for the semester

Returned Checks
There is a $50 service fee for all returned checks.
Cancellations
All housing cancellations must be made in writing or via email to WISH. In the event of cancellation, WISH will attempt to re-rent your assigned space so that you can receive the maximum refund, dependent on the new booking price.
For Roommate Pairs
WISH makes every effort to provide your 1st or 2nd choice of space. Roommate pairs are strongly encouraged to submit their applications at the same time to ensure pairing.

WISH accepts personal check (prior to arrival for check-in), cashier’s check, money order, bank wire.
